About the retreat

Join WinWin Yoga for a week of yoga that will feature plenty of salsa and Cuban culture from 28 April to 5 May of 2018. We will be staying 20 minutes outside of Havana in villas located on the beautiful beaches of Tarará. All rooms are spacious and have their own bathroom. Three organic, deliciously meals will be served daily. The head chef, Ernesto, leads a spectacular team that have been trained in some of the finest restaurants in Havana.

Every day there will be yoga and meditation held outside in yoga shala by both yinyoga teacher Maria Nilsson of WinWin Yoga and a local yoga teacher. The retreat will also feature salsa lessons lead by Angel and his fantastic troupe of dancers who will take you out on the town to put your skills to the test. We will have a Cuban history workshops and guided tour in old Havana and visit to some of the liveliest art galleries across Havana, this will be an unforgettable week of culture, authenticity, yoga and salsa.



There will be plenty of free time for you to explore Havana. Maybe you want to spend your days relaxing on the beach in front of your villa or you would like to walk around Tarará to check out all of the beautifully designed homes in the famous Art Deco style. There is also a selection of treatments provided by the center for an additional cost.

To register 3 000 kr is charged. The rest 9 800 kr have to be paid before the 1st of March If you sign up before 1 februari you pay 3 000 + 8 400 kr For a single room it is an additional cost of 1 850 kr.
