About the workshop

Feeling twisted and tight? Join Lucy Kellet and unwind into freedom in a workshop. She will guide you through the Fascia system using our own body weight and awareness, through intuition and felt sense. Feeling the body move as one unit, achieving our fullness (Purnatva) and delving deeper into exploration.

Let go of what you know. Let things take shape

We are an integrated network of an elastic, supportive tissue matrix. When we take action we move, shape & work through this whole system. The Fascia changes from moment to moment, day to day in accordance with movement, physiology, environment and cellular imprinting. A practice of Yoga on a physical level can hugely help to achieve daily balance and ease with this constant change.

Lucy's practice and teaching in the physical realm, aims to connect the body from part to part, creating a 'union - Yoga' of our Whole. Working through resistance and stabilising weakness, to create completeness in the body.

The content

In this workshop we shall firstly work through the Fascia system using our own body weight and awareness, through intuition and felt sense. Feeling the body move as one unit, achieving our fullness (Purnatva) and delving deeper into exploration. As we drop further, Lucy will guide you to tap into your innate blue printing; shifting into presence and relationship with your primal being & releasing into a new paradigm of approach in your practice. You will be guided to work from

  • Outer to inner
  • Dense to subtle
  • Attachment to lightness

    • Roll into motion; Morning practice (90 mins)
    • Explanation of our blue printing & it's connection to movement

    • Wind down Yin practice connecting to embryological formation.

About Lucy

Lucy is a former dancer who moved from London to Thailand. After a several injuries and deeper thirst for knowledge, her journey into body mechanics and mind philosophy began. She has been studied different yoga styles as Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Hot yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Anusara yoga andYin yoga. She has also been studied eastern massage, pilates, myofascial release and biodynamic cranio-sacral therapy. She remains open, honest and enthusiastic toward exploring and embracing the voyage of growth and expansion in body.
