About Aryan
Aryan Vedh (founder of Aryan Yoga & Reiki center) was born in the heart of India (Madhya Pradesh). Coming from a traditional and spiritual Hindu family, Aryan started his Yoga & meditation practice at the age of 13. During his life he studied and practiced different types of Yoga (Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyenger) in Gurukul University, as well as in traditional Ashrams and centers around India. On 2006 Aryan established “Aryan Yoga & Reiki center” on the Himalaya mountains of Dharamsala. Since 2012 Aryan is located in Israel, giving teacher training courses and various workshops.
Now he will give the first Teacher Training in Sweden.
