About the training

Embodied Yin™️ invites us to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind. In Yin Yoga we create gentle (sometimes more dynamic) long held postures and practices with an attitude of Maitri, loving kindness. The poses stimulate energy flow in meridians, energy channels.

During these Yang infused times, Yin helps us to stop, reset and respond as we start again. Embodied Yin™ yoga increases awareness of our mind-body connection in each dimension and also opens up space by helping to release limitations in these realms. Yin yoga is one of the greatest eye openers inwards, toward our limitless spirit.

  • Regular yin yoga = "passive" stretching
  • Embodied yin yoga = release through somatic sensing and awakening areas of of the body that are not online.

In this training you will learn about

  • Chinese medicine in relation to Yin yoga ( the five Phases/elements theory)
  • Embodied anatomy and energetics
  • Classical Nondual Tantra
  • In-depth study and understanding of the main yin poses+ some unconventional poses
  • An exploration Embodied Flow™, Body-Mind Centering and other somatic practices
  • The power of Touch- different ways to use props and give healing assists
  • How to incorporate Yin-attitude and philosophy also into our lives off the mat
