A short talk on how pranayama helps to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system and, when used right, helps you to unwind, restore and destress. When we breathe more fully and complete, we are better able to reduce toxins in our systems and relieves pressure on the brain.

Ulrica Norberg
Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
