About the Workshop

Renewing our inner resources through a restorative practice is an essential way to attend to our general well-being and to meet life’s adventures and challenges.
But how do we sustain these benefits and what informs the choices we make in our practice, relationships and life?

This workshop affirms an empowering connection which guides us in our journey to discover ever deeper layers of ourselves. Creating the space to listen to what emerges, to allow what we need to return to us, we take the time to nourish at a level that allows a broader and steadier base to support us. A celebration of our deep inherent nature.

Through this approach to restorative practice, we not only recover the fundamental resources that we may have drawn upon, but also begin to establish a sustainable presence, the foundation of an evolving and nourishing practice. We explore the quality of ‘being’; a profound state of rest, beneath the waves, where life flows through us without the need for any ‘doing’.

Like a breath that has no effort or resistance; simply welcoming what we need and letting go of what we don’t. Allowing an easy, generous exchange with our environment that is a support for all our relationships. This is the richness that unfolds as we find our peaceful ground, an effortless state of being.

“Chrysi moves gently through the inner realms of emotion and subtle unwinding. She senses your internal pain and fears and supports you. Allow her to guide you beneath words and physical contact to a place where you remember melting back into warmth and sweet silence."
- Angela Farmer, World-wide inspiration for those who love and dive deep.

Chrysi is available for bodywork sessions, to book a session or for further information: [email protected]

“Leo offers a depth and breadth of experience rare in Yoga teachers today. His commitment to honouring the spirit of Yoga while integrating contemporary knowledge in the field of Somatics makes for potent instruction. Yoga students interested in engaging in authentic practice and study have a precious opportunity in this gifted teacher."
